Kennedy Returns to Decide Medicare Vote
Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-MA) returned to the Senate Wednesday to cast the decisive vote on stalled Medicare legislation, his first appearance in the chamber since he was diagnosed two months ago with brain cancer.
