While chatting off-air, MSNBC's Chuck Todd <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/09/03/peggy-noonan-mike-murphy_n_123647.html" target="_blank">asked Noonan if Palin was the most qualified woman</a> the Republicans could nominate. Noonan said, "The most qualified? No. I think they went for this, excuse me, political bullsh*t about narratives.
