Rachel Bilson looks mighty dressed up for a
grocery store outing (well, aside from the Havaianas). The actress threw on See by Chloe's silk printed dress, but maintained ease with flip-flops. She left her
green Chanel shades behind and opted for a pair of brown Ray Ban Wayfarers.

Katy Perry has been
working the Fashion Week circuit and now she's on to
Paris for the chicest shows and most fabulous soirées. Sigh. Have you noticed she's stepped up her glamour factor?

Rompers are continuing on their path of popularity so if you haven't yet found yourself one, consider this
Sea Short Suit Jumper ($196, originally $392). The navy is refreshing and the silk fabric gives it a touch of luxury.
That and many more items can be found in
Pink Mascara's sale section.

I'm impressed by Paris Hilton's decision to wear a gorgeous emerald green Diane von Furstenberg dress to
the David Letterman Show. The hue looks just as good on blonds as it does on
red heads. I am especially into the peek-a-boo lace effect on the bodice.

Miley Cyrus looked bohemian cute while hanging out with friends in LA over the weekend. Someone's having a jolly time! To balance her loose-fitting peasant blouse, she wore super-flattering flare jeans and peep-toe tan platforms.

How lovely to see the philanthropic Reese Witherspoon on this Friday. The actress fulfilled Avon global ambassador duties in a girlie navy blue halter ruffle dress, paired with gorgeous blue satin Christian Louboutins. It's a fitting choice for the charity event and goes perfectly with Reese's sweet personality.

We were just obsessing over Whitney's
Gucci Hysteria handbag ($1,395) — more on that later — and here she is flaunting it again.
Beside her new hottie! Go Whitney.

Try to pry your eyes away from Ivanka's beautiful face and focus on
her jewelry. Her tassel necklace is perfection defined. The clustered strands add a swinging, vintage quality to her ensemble, and look how it contrasts with her striking blue top.

Most of you didn't approve of
Maria Sharapova's one-sleeve Lanvin dress, but I think you'll like this mandarin-tiered Stella McCartney number she wore to a recent event. It reveals her gorgeous legs but in a tasteful manner. I like how instead of wearing peep-toe pumps, like many celebs do on the red carpet, she chose unexpected black patent oxford pumps.

Lindsay Lohan has been hard at work on the set of
Labor Pains, but she took a much needed break
to shop for her birthday. I'm glad to see her out of her movie wardrobe and into this sweet Anna Sui camisole (on sale!), Michael Kors
caged sandals, and a Chanel bag. I like how she's super girlie up top and bad girl on the bottom.
