In my opinion actress Keira Knightley always looks gorgeous. Whether she's working a smoky eyed look on the red-carpet or kicking back with bare skin and a laid back style; her face never looks overdone or caked in makeup. According to rumours, Keira's secret to a great complexion could all be down to bargain beauty brand Nivea. 
I know my obsession with hand creams borders on the ridiculous. (You don't even know how hard it was to choose my five favorites.) But look, when Ryan Gosling and I inevitably meet, I'll be well-prepared. "My, that Bella has soft and smooth skin," he'll think as we shake hands.

Last week I told you about my old time favorite Nivea Silky Shimmer Body Lotion, $9, that I've been using for about five years now. Although I adore the way it glistens perfectly in the light, I think it's time to try something new. I mean let's face it: they've made so many shimmery body creams within the last five years that I'm bound to be missing out on something fab if I don't start experimenting ASAP! 
Last summer I wrote about a few fabulous hand creams that help maintain these over-used helpers. Now that it's winter, hands need special attention - I know every handbag of mine has a little sample-sized tube of something in it. But I was thinking of featuring hand creams under $10 since it is winter and some of use plow through these containers super quick (case in point: moi).
