
The age-old question, "WWJD?" might have a hand in people's perception of the war on terror — or at least how information is gathered. A new poll shows that 57 percent of Southern evangelicals
believe that torture is justified as a means of gaining important information from suspected terrorists.
Have you seen McCain's ad "The One" that got rolled out last week? I found it comical, but I might not be the desired audience. Some think "The One" aspires to make conservative evangelical Christians, not the biggest McCain backers,
fearful that Obama is the Antichrist, or at least the prelude to Christ's evil-spreading opponent.

Young and found Jesus? There's a good chance you may be saying, "yes, we can." According to a September 2007 survey by the Pew Forum on Religion & Public Life, 15 percent of white evangelicals between 18 and 29 — those who could traditionally be counted on to vote Republican — say they
no longer identify with the Republican Party.
