I've been seeing my boyfriend for a few months now; long enough that I've developed a relationship with his mother, but lately I'm starting to wish I could avoid her altogether. Here's my backstory: I live on the top floor of a small building with six apartments total. I came home ready to tune into Gossip Girl last night and discovered this cute cat wandering around. Now, my first instinct was that the pet belonged in apartment three, but when I knocked on the door, there was no answer.

If you're throwing (or attending) a New Year's Eve bash with a furry friend, beware of the dangers of those festive decorations! Even if you wanna take a photo of your pet perhaps wearing a party hat like this fella, take it off immediately afterwards. Not only is it dangerous if he decides to munch on the paper, but the elastic string can choke your pal or lodge in his throat if he decides to eat his entire costume.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for about six months, and he's been sharing custody of his cat with his ex-girlfriend throughout our entire relationship. I am all for loving your animal like part of the family, but this is just driving me crazy. The cat travels back and forth between the two of them, which means they are constantly connected.
