Last night Estelle took to the stage during Kanye West's performance at the MTV EMAs to sing American Boy. For the song she wore a striking blue Bernard Chandran dress from his Spring 2009 collection. The dress was bejewelled with exaggerated pointy hips. 
The big winners at last night's MTV Europe Music Awards were Britney Spears and Jared Leto's band 30 Seconds To Mars, each of them winning two awards. Hostess Katy Perry beat Duffy to take home the award for New Act, and the Brits were represented by Sir Paul McCartney and Rick Astley who each took home a gong. For the most part, the winners were American, and there was certainly a theme running through the evening as President-Elect Barack Obama's face showed up on everything from the video screens to one of Katy's twelve brightly coloured outfits!
The ladies looked lovely on the MTV Europe Music Awards red carpet last night, and my girls Fab UK and Bella UK were polling you on their looks as the show aired live on MTV! Beyonce performed at the ceremony, showing up in a short black mini dress and showing off a rather random shiny metallic glove. Hostess Katy Perry wore a handful of brightly coloured outfits throughout the evening, beginning her fashion show in this bright blue number with huge eyes printed on it. 
As the hostess Katy Perry had a big closet full of colourful ensembles to choose from for last night's awards and boy did she make the most of it! She wore unusual pieces from the likes of Manish Arora, and Jean Charles de Castelbajac to bring life to the party. Most of you liked her red carpet look but what about the rest of her party dresses? 
At last night's 2008 MTV Europe Music Awards the stars showed their love for this season's bright lip trend. Berry shades ranging from dark to subtle reigned supreme. Duffy went for an lingonberry shade to complement her pale skin, while Pink's dark rasberry lipstick looked perfect with her dark eyes. 
There were so many great dressed ladies on the red carpet for last night's MTV Europe Music Awards. Celebs from all over the globe headed to Liverpool but now we have to decide who was the best dressed! From Daisy Lowe's gothic style to Solange Knowles monochrome ensemble, to Amelle's Preen dress to Estelle's Ashish sparkle and Anastacia's golden gown. 
Kate Perry hosted the MTV EMAs last night, in a huge range of bright and colourful outfits often wrapped around or inside large pieces of fruit that made up the set! There were a lot of dapper men on the red carpet at last night's MTV Europe Music Awards. My favourite boys Take That performed and were interviewed at the spectacular show, and they all looked very handsome on the red carpet in their smart-casual black suits. Another of my adolescent crushes, Jared Leto, also played a big part in the show, hosting interviews in the VIP bar area wearing an Obama tee which matched those of his 30 Seconds To Mars bandmates.

Darling Duffy arrived on the red-carpet with dark-rimmed eyes and deep rusty-mauve lipstick. Her skin looked smooth and creamy with a touch of peachy-bronzer on the apples of her cheeks for added warmth. I love how her hair was styled half-up, half-down in soft school-girl curls and smooth fringe.
