Believe it or not, I'd never seen this classic horror movie before this past weekend. But it was the perfect time, since we were finishing up a string of horror movies in honor of Halloween (we also watched Poltergeist this weekend, for the millionth time).
My favorite cookbook ever is How To Cook Everything by Mark Bittman. It really tells you how to cook EVERYTHING! Not only are there great recipes in here, but I grab this book all the time when I wonder to myself, "How do I cut a whole chicken into parts?"

I was pretty down all weekend and wanted a fluffy little pick-me-up so I went to see Enchanted yesterday morning. I'm glad I did. It's definitely not the type of movie I pay to see but it was uplifting and very cute.
