By now you've had time to review the discounted loot you brought home as Black Friday bounty and should have a good feel for how closely you're sticking to your holiday shopping budget. If you've already surpassed your limit for some people on your list, it may be time to readjust the rest of your holiday spending plan.

I didn't shop at all. In fact, I helped haul some stuff to a consignment store.

My brother always calls Black Friday "National Buy Nothing Day". In my family, we've always avoided shopping on the day after Thanksgiving. I had to work yesterday anyway, so I didn't spend anything.

I didn't spend more than I wanted too, but I was also just looking to get my niece and nephew something. I got almost all of my shopping done for my whole family, and I saved about $100.

I avoided shopping yesterday. I tend to do all my christmas shopping last minute.

I didn't plan to spend anything.

    I didn't buy anything.

So yep, I spent as much as I planned on Black Friday. My almost-bare wallet is happy Smiling

I never go shopping on Black Friday. People are scary that day, and it really doesn't do much to get me in the Christmas spirit!

I went to work yesterday, so instead of spending money, I earned a little extra. It worked for me Smiling

nope - i didn't even shop this year. granted we were traveling to the family this year so we knew that taking anything on the plane was going to be a challenge, and besides that - i don't really have anything that i feel like i need to buy this year since i am SO limited with funds.

Not really. My fiance and I stayed home and did our shopping online. We ordered gifts for my sister and best friend, and spent less than $60.

It wasn't that I didn't have money to spend, it is that I didn't find anything worth spending money on. I foresee that all the stuff that was being pushed, will be the same price if not lower in the next couple weeks.

I didn't shop because I had to work. By Thanksgiving I had all but three people purchased for. I will finish this weekend.
