I'll admit, the photo of Nicolas Sarkozy and Carla got me thinking of famous (photogenic) political couples today — and since today's the day JFK and Jacqueline Kennedy announced their engagement in 1953, my mind settled on them. Did you follow that meandering train of thought (I'm sorry it's a local — not making all the stops. . .)? If you're still with me, I want to know: Just how much do you know about the Camelot couple?

Stephley is right. The Kennedys had a daughter who was stillborn that Jackie referred to as Rose. She is next to them and Patrick at Arlington Cemetery with a headstone that is labeled "Daughter".

The fourth question was kind of a trick question since no one remembers that JFK and Jackie had more children than Caroline and John, but thankfully I got it right. I did a biography on her a long time ago for school and I really admire her style and class, especially in the face of all of the tragedies she had to endure (multiple miscarriages, JFK's assassination, etc.).

Cool! I never knew that Jackie had an actual job prior to meeting JFK since her family was so wealthy. And it's really cool how they met!

Actually, at Arlington Cemetary, there are markers for two infant children, an unnamed daughter and Patrick who died shortly after birth. So they had four children.
