Capitol "Hills?" Heidi Montag Announces Endorsement!

OK, she's probably not a superdelegate (yet. . . ) but Heidi Montag of The Hills, has decided on her presidential endorsement. After careful thought she's ready to announce who will get her coveted, flaxen-haired reality vote. Are you ready for this? Predictions? To see who she's voting for, read more.

Heidi Montag, Colorado native, is giving her vote to John McCain. She says, "I'm a Republican and McCain has a lot of experience." Though her boyfriend (?) Spencer warned against coming out, Heidi said, "I don't think anyone cares who Heidi Montag votes for." Is she right?

Are you surprised by the choice? Oh wow. Can you imagine John McCain in a guest appearance on The Hills? Sitting, clubbing, having brunch. . . . Ha! That would be fantastic.

Of course Heidi is a republican. She is materialistic, has no brains, and doesn't care about anyone but herself.

Heidi said, "I don't think anyone cares who Heidi Montag votes for."

Smartest thing she ever said in her life.

Isn't there more important news for you to post and discuss? Perhaps something about the department of treasury's plans, or the state of Burma moths after the reported protests...anything...the link between autism and premature births....increasing food costs...

Wow, I definitely thought either Hilary or Barack, since they are the more popular candidates in La La Land.

I think the tidbit makes a pretty interesting point that apparently everyone has a stake and is paying attention to the race — even Miss Heidi! And though the actual announcement has a small taste of tongue in cheek, the image of McCain texting away with Spencer and crew. . . made me smile.

I'm sorry that's just stupid. You can't say ALL republicans are evil. I hope that you don't seriously think that. My grandfather is a republican and is the sweetest, most wonderful man I've ever met...AND he's a WWII vet. He doesn't understand all this hullabaloo about Hillary and Obama...LOL

Everybody votes the way they do for a reason, and it's not always malicious. I respect Van's choice to be a democrat, and I think democratic values are often very noble, and based on caring for others beside yourself. But as a republican, more libertarian really, I don't feel like I've lost my heart, or my creativity. I am an artist, and a traveler. I'm materialistic about somethings, and some things not. I respect a woman's right to choose, and I care about the environment. But there are a lot of factors that make me choose to vote the way I do, and none of them involve me being a lousy human being.

I don't think its very fair to give billionaires tax breaks during times of war, or to cut veterans benefits, or to spy on American citizens, or to reveal the identity of a covert CIA agent, or to suppress black voters in Dallas, or to drunkenly shoot your hunting buddy in the face, or to pollute the environment, or to politicize the justice department and the IRS, or to tell Brownie he's doing a heck of a job, or to attack a country that had nothing to do with 9/11, or to let Osama Bin Laden escape, or to lie/cheat/steal, or to.....

Funny how all these Libs come out that Repubs are evil people, yet we are the ones who give more to charity.

Since it seems to be acceptable to group the Repubs, then for now on I will go with my reaction that all Liberals, are Godless, lazy, young, socialist, border line communists, morons, with no sense of morals, sense of control, dignity, pride, patriotism, who sip their Lattes in Starbucks while driving their foreign cars their daddy bought them, since they have never earned a dollar on their own, and are wearing clothes from China.

Can we stop bad mouthing people for making bad decisions and being ignorant? The whole point of being ignorant is that they don't understand a situation at a greater complexity. If we weren't so quick to choose sides and bully the other, perhaps something like choosing a president wouldn't cause so many of us so anxious to "get even".

You want America to improve? It starts with a simple situation like this.
